Summary of MODAPS Production 8/7 Forward Processing (C5, C4.1 LST, 5.1 Atmosphere and Greenland IST) –Terra and Aqua forward processing are 1 day behind the leading edge. –Collection 6 L1B Aqua reprocessing is now running in parallel with forward processing. –LPDAAC has sent a list of the outstanding browse files and these will be resent. –A Load test with the LPDAAC has been started.

3. Summary of PGE Deliveries to SDST 8/7 Collections 5 and 5.1 Level 1: –We have baselined a new version of PGE01 (5.0.51). Land: –We have baselined a new version of PGE36 (51.0.1) on 7/24. This can use the new GEOS data. –We have received 2 new versions of PGE08 (51.0.2/51.0.3) for IST processing on 8/3. –We have received a new version of PGE07 (41.0.0/41.0.1) for C4.1 LST processing on 7/31. Atmospheres: –We have baselined a new version of PGE04 (51.0.17). Collection 6 Level 1: –We have baselined a new version of PGE01 (6.0.15) on 6/30. –We have baselined a new version of PGE00 (6.0.3) on 7/2. Atmospheres: –We have baselined a new version of Terra PGE03 (6.0.23) on 8/3. –We have baselined a new version of Terra PGE02 (6.1.14) on 7/20 with DOI metadata. –We have baselined a new version of PGE93 (6.0.2) on 6/30. –We have received a new version of Aqua PGE04 (6.0.12) on 8/3. –We have baselined a new version of PGE06 (6.0.48) on 8/1 which was updated to correct MCD43GF selection. Land: –We have baselined a new version of PGE11 (6.1.0) on 8/3 with the 7 BRDF-correction files. –We have baselined a new version of PGE116 (6.0.8) on 7/26 with new bugfixes. –We have received a new version of PGE23 (6.0.0) on 6/12. –We have baselined a new version of PGE121 (6.0.0) on 7/6.

4. Summary of Science Testing 8/7 Atmospheres Science Testing: –A PGE92 (6.0.6) science test was completed on 7/13. –A Terra C6 Calibration test using PGE02 6.1.12_5 was completed on 7/16. –A Terra PGE06 (6.0.45) Calibration test using 2003 Albedo is running along with a baseline. –A Terra and Aqua PGE06 (6.0.46) test to check new SDS’s is running. –A Terra and Aqua PGE06 (6.0.47) test to check the revised cloud phase algorithm is running. –A Terra C6 PGE03 (6.0.23) 2 month test is running along with a baseline. Land Science Testing: –4 Terra Level 1b verification tests are complete (6/26). The baseline which used PGE02 6.1.12_4 will be rerun using 6.1.12_3 and completed on 7/9. –A PGE16 (6.1.0) validation test completed on 7/18. –A PGE116 (6.0.7) science test was completed on 7/14. –A PGE121 (6.0.0) science test finished on 7/18. –A PGE36 (51.0.1) science test is running. –A PGE116 (6.0.8) science test finished on 8/2. –A Terra PGE11 (6.1.0) science test is planned. L1 Science Testing: –A PGE00 6.0.3 science test was completed on 7/9.
