2. Rural Health Network Planning 101 Purpose - To assist in the planning and development of an integrated health care network. Goals: 1.Focus on the value of services and not volume. 2.Create a foundation for infrastructure. 3.Create the opportunity for collaboration between different members of health care delivery system. 4.Address emerging community health needs and challenges.
