The steps/stages to help improving communication and regeneration? CLEANSING THE SYSTEM - Cleansing the body, improving the environment e.g. stopping pollution and helping detoxification perhaps through supplementation. Recalibration of the body i.e getting it back to its good habits. Reprogramming of cells OPTIMIZATION of the nervous and hormonal - control system through diet and supplementation. RESTORING MOVEMENT and proper breathing to help circulation and oxygen flow RESTORE GOOD FOOD and alkaline the body ENERGY DELIVERY – improving the mitochonda using food and supplementation OXYGEN SUPPLY- This is our labor force/employees we need them to do the work in our body. This involves activation of the photo-receptor of cells. Using biophysics. CREATING a harmonious environment in our body and ensuring activation of water in the cell - Biophysics).
2
The 4 stages of recovery Activation 3 - 4 weeks Metabolic changes recovery in progress 2 – 6 weeks Transitional- reprogramming is correcting 3 weeks Stabilisation- Balance between PS & S 3 months When we are trying to recover from disease we need the SNS to be active in order to kick start the parasympathetic regeneration.
3
Treatment: When we are under chronic stress, we can get to a stage where we do not react and our adaptation mechanisms may become out of action. This in turn puts the body under more stress and this is a vicious circle - a permanent struggle within the body. It is necessary to break this circle. It may be necessary to repeat treatment in order to reprogrammed the body to get to the objective of re-establishing good communication, and adaptation systems to harmony/homeostatis.
4
Parameters for treatments/healing assumptions: PARS from 1-3 is short term and should heal well PARS from 6-10 is long term and will take more time to heal. In this stage the person is a fight, combat mode where the regeneration and immune systems are blocked. When SDNN must be minimum 70 and above in order for the body to heal. The higher the TP the better. When TP is above 2000 (it is better for losing weight). Diabetes and hypertension come with rigidity of the SNS and it is necessary to improve variability to improves prognosis.
5
For good results you need the following: -To be recalibrated in so your receptors are reprogrammed in your body. - homeodynamics (the ability of adaptation, good in-out communication, sensitive receptors). It is typical of the aging process that you may get the loss of sensitivity in your receptors. This means the flexibility of tuning can be more problematic. E.g often old people use more salt and spices due to different perception of taste. - homeostasis (balance in the internal environment and between PS & S)
6
The decline in energy production: The only organisms who produce energy are mitochondrias in cells and what is important is the the number of functional mitochondria. These work with oxygen in the body. Oxygen affects the amount of mitochondria. Oxygen is working with electrons and an electron can transfers i.e oxidize and an also electron takes away. This must be in balance. This will depend on the acidity in the body (this needs to be the correct PH) and we need the number of free electrons to be just right.
7
History of Mitochondria Mitochondria as the first aerobic cell on the planet has its own DNA. When we breathe the Mitochondria is oxidised by electron transfer and reaction of Q10 with oxygen. This is a positive effect of free radicals, which, of course, must be in balance. Free radicals are necessary for energy production in the mitochondria. The cell breathes, the yin and yang, input and output, oxidation and reduction.
8
Who in the body naturally produces free radicals? A Lymphocyte is a type of white blood cell occurring in vertebrates. Lymphocytes are functionally heterogeneous group of immune cells. Morphologically lymphocytes are rounded mono nuclear cells with little cytoplasm. In addition, NK cells contain granules in the cytoplasm. NK cells (from the English Natural killer cell, a "natural killer") is a large granular cell of the immune system, which is classified as lymphocytes alongside the B-cells and T-cells. They are capable of killing tumor cells or cells infected with viruses. It belongs to the inborn (natural, non-specific) immunity of the body. NK cells produce free radicals.
9
Proteins and everything in biology work in principle of the key and lock. Covalent binding of molecules, compounds, proteins which are given exactly formed structure and dynamics, determinate with whom they communicate and with whom not. Proteins are carriers and are functional at the time when they have the proper covalent bindings (blue light - golden cut) and they are to each other as right keys and locks. A substance that protects and restores proteins in their proper structure and dynamics is "Carnosine". Everything is interconnected and we need harmony in the immune system.
10
Good versus Bad bacteria If we have body full of friendly(good) bacterias in symbiosis, then there is no place for bad (unfriendly) bacterias. Antibiotics destroy this balance between good and bad bacteria and also destroy NK cells which is why they can harm our immune system if take in excess. The body always strives to maintain homeostatis however this can become too much for the body and it can become unbalanced. The Kardivar can be employed to assess the regulatory systems in the body and provide a tool to aid recovery.

Conclusion For good results we need: -A client to have a real interest and not be fearful of what is being done or what needs to be done. -Real prevention is well-timed diagnosis. -Empower our clients to understand the nature of their problems and understand how cells, hormones, minerals, adaptation of control systems, nutrition, movement and exercise come together to help them achieve well being and health. -We also need to achieve harmony in mind and spirit as well a in the body.
