5. HOSA States: Out of Pocket Cost HOSA Board has decided to pay the $80 conference registration fees Pinellas County Schools is paying for our buses $135 for hotel room is required Money for food, and miscellaneous items will also be needed DUE NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 19 TH !! NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!!

6. HOSA States: Team Replacement Policy If a team member can not attend the State Leadership Conference, 50% of the original team must remain and can only replace a member if it is required for the competition. Must see an advisor for approval if a replacement is needed

7. HOSA States: Mentor Meetings One Mentor meeting will be required before the State Leadership Conference Mentor meeting sheets are available on the PHUHS HOSA page Mentor meeting sheet deadline is April 1 st.

8. HOSA States T-Shirts The board will be covering the costs to give a t-shirt to every state competitor and additional shirts will be available for purchase even if you are not going to states Voting for the t-shirt design was sent to your emails with the link for attendance Majority rules on the final t-shirt design

9. Courtesy Corps These people will go and assist with competitions. They are extremely useful to all the judges and this position is to be taken very seriously. It will require a responsible student who is willing to put in a lot of time helping HOSA. You must of competed at regionals, and be an active member to be considered for a courtesy corps position.
