2 BUSINESS PLAN Business Name: The name of my business is Bazare Men’s. Type of business: I will have a men’s clothing line. Locations: -Houston, TX -Los Angeles, CA Both locations will be store fronts. I hope to have one on Montrose in Houston and one on a busy shopping strip in Austin. I will be online at first and eventually move into a store. Target Market: My target market is for men that have their own styles and don’t like to dress like others. My pieces are one of a kind and there would only be a few to one made. I would most definitely be targeting men with status because that’s what my clothes give you. Products & Services: We offer styling and consultations as services. Our product is men’s custom wear but we also do consignment. Slogan: My slogan is “A One Stop Shop”. Direct Competitors: Palace (London brand) Hood by Air (designer Shayne Oliver) (founded in 2006-2007) Off-White (Virgil Abloh) (also has two other successful street wear brands ) Indirect Competitors: Macys (Deerbrook) Forever 21 (Deerbrook) Urban Outfitters (Galleria) Job Descriptions: I will have an online men’s boutique. Look books will be posted bi-weekly on the site for a little inspiration and style tips for our pieces or simply for pieces from your own wardrobe. You will need to check emails twice a day. The website will need maintenance daily. There will be a weekly special or sale; all customers will need to be notified through newsletter. After photo shoots for merchandise and different concept shoots images will need to be narrowed to the best shots so I can post them on to the site. There will be a set time of the day where packaging will take place and the following morning all packages will need to be shipped.

3 BUSINESS PLAN CONTINUED Mission Statement: Bazare Mens encourages the creativity and promotion of individualism through style and fashion. It’s an exclusive clothing brand for an exclusive man. Vision Statement: Bazare Men’s will efficiently, competitively, and technologically provide quality and fashionable clothing at affordable prices for teenagers and young adults, while growing from a small start-up business to a household brand name. 6 COMMERCIAL CONCEPT It will be similar to the Dior commercial with Rihanna LINK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=Mh9fpWAPkZEhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=Mh9fpWAPkZE I want several men walking in a similar scenery with my designs on at the beginning of the commercial but it will be in serval areas of the location, like a flash of each model. Then in the next scene they’ll be posing as knights facing inward creating a walk way and my most dramatic piece will be at the end of this line or walk way with the model’s back turned then they’ll turn around and do some dramatic strolling and as they pass each knight that knight will kneel and put their heads down. I want to get a beautiful model to walk my finale. I will make him look like royalty.

7 CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY Refunds & Returns: You will have 30 days for all returns and refunds. Each item must be in same condition customer received it in. If you ordered online all shipping and handling is customers the responsibility. However, we do send return labels with our merchandise. Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks. All refunds are credited, no cash refunds. If you come into a store to return an online purchase you may be turned away for the fact that all store merchandise is not online. Exchanges: You can only do an exchange if the merchandise is in good condition. The tag must still be attached or with the clothing. You will need a receipt to do an exchange. If that item is sold out then we will do store credit if the customer doesn’t want to exchange the merchandise for something of the same price.
