La Crosse County outreach efforts to increase HPV vaccination rates. July 2014 – La Crosse County started sending out a one time letter to parents who had a child turning 11. We send the letters monthly. Letter educates and encourages parents to vaccinate for HPV and Meningococcal and flu when their child goes in to get their Tdap at their 11 year old doctors appointment. I believe that 5 counties within CRIC are sending out the letters.
