Select data to be used in graph by dragging mouse over rows, columns, highlighting data

InsertScatter Graph From Insert tab on ribbon, use Excel’s Scatter Graph tool to show paired data (e.g., y is a function of x)

Design Select Data Right click inside graph to select it and activate Design pop-up; choose Select Data to change which is data used in graph

Add, Edit, Remove Use Select Data Source pop-up to Add, Edit, Remove, etc.

Chart Tools / Design Additional editing functions are available under Chart Tools / Design tab (when graph/chart is active)
