19 2013-2014 Annual District Goals LEADERSHIP (Planning Guide, pages 20-21) –ONE member per club participate in RLI –Graduate one class from RLI –Every club to develop/maintain a strategic plan –Establish a personal development plan for future district leaders –Update district leadership plan to be consistent with RI bylaws and current operating practices ADMINISTRATION (Planning Guide, pages 22-23) –Revise district policies to match district leadership plan –Issue directory by 1 July and utilize electronic directory simultaneously –Issue monthly newsletter –Develop and use dashboard of progress indicators
