Doing the Task Regularly An adult’s life is loaded with various tasks and responsibilities. Without the ability to organize, manage time well and prioritizing, the adult is leaned towards failure. If an adult fails to do the mentioned tasks regularly then he might be affected with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. It affects many adults which causes problems at home, work and social aspects. Some of the signs and symptoms of adult ADHD include making casual mistakes, inability to maintain focus in work or leisure, have difficulty listening, not following instructions, struggling to start and finish projects, having trouble organizing tasks and things. The aforementioned behaviors are symptoms of inattention when affected with ADHD. Adults with ADHD are also hyperactive and impulsive. It manifests as being impatient, talking incessantly, blurting out comments which are often rude, impatient, meddle with other people’s conversation, fidgets with hands or feet and often squirms in the seat.
