Quality of provision improved Ofsted said:- “A well organised, multi-lingual team of additional learning support workers, financial and welfare advisers and counsellors provide a comprehensive support package to learners at all centres.”

Quality of provision improved Learning Support Strategy developed Diversified learning support team – increased number of male, young and community language speaking staff Staff now have teaching qualifications– all have PTLLS or PGCE

Raising our profile:- High visibility during peak enrolment periods and at start of each term Termly information stand in the college Café Improved termly class inductions and compulsory Dyslexia screenings in all vocation & foundation courses Increased number of workshops for students of all levels
