PORTFOLIO  Needs to be labeled with: Student Name Parent Name Contact Phone Number  Due ASAP, no later than March 31  All physical Portfolios will be returned  ELECTRONIC PORTFOLIOS ARE ENCOURAGED  Take pictures of the artworks, create a powerpoint, and send as an attachment in an e-mail to: johnson.lola@westada.org

5. PORTFOLIO CHECKLIST  5 Artworks  At least 2 drawings  At least 1 painting  At least 1 sculpture OR collage  Artist’s Statement: This should be a paragraph long statement about why you want to take the Primera Art class, and how you feel about yourself as an artist.
