DCP will work on the basic principle of a Crew of 4/5 (1 x WMA / CM plus 3 / 4 FF’s) working 24 hour shifts. Staff would work 12 Positive Hours and 12 Standby Hours Staff would live in the separate accommodation provided during Standby Hours. Staff will be allowed to have visitors / family stay on site within agreed guidelines

Shifts will be allocated on a self rostering basis
