Investigation-Human Trafficking Investigation is not a science, but an art. The successful investigation of a crime leads to the identification of the criminal. Crime does not just happen—people are the cause. Therefore, crime investigation is concerned primarily with people. No two persons are the same no two criminals are the same, a variety of people commit crime for an equally wide variety of reasons.
