7. ◦ Results of research reveal the need for more:  Further examination of the issue  Intergovernmental cooperation  Collaboration between the government and non-government organizations  Delicacy in approach, especially in regard to migrant women and children  Information sharing among NHRIs

8.  The National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia recommends that ◦ Enhanced networking would enhance protection of the rights of migrant workers (through regional and international organizations) ◦ A Memorandum of Understanding among NHRIs ensuring assistance to migrants residing within their country would bring positive results.

9.  A step-by step actions are taken by the NHRCM to support the ratification of the UN Convention on Migrant Workers through the goals within its Strategic Plan for 2008-2011. ◦ Improving the understanding and knowledge on the Convention. ◦ Public advocacy through campaigns and ◦ Establishment of a working group composed of the Ministry of Foreign Affaires, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Labor, Immigration Agency and NHRCM ◦ Draft recommendations of the NHRCM
