11 Conclusion Fully SCADA equipped water supply system – From Source to Consumer end. All the metering done by way of smart meters and all the bills system generated. Integration of three treatment plants; STP, CETP and TTP to generate uniform treated water quality for different non potable usages. Integration of water management will ensure ZERO DISCHARGE for the development. This is possible through enforcement of the guidelines/regulations of General Development Control Regulations. DSIR is setting new benchmarks for developments for water quality management, water reuse and effective integration of potable and recycled water .
