JPI MYBL: The Website JTC-2016 Pre-announcement and Launch of JTC 2016: all the documents and text were online in due time and the everything went smoothly during the launch day (documents were online Monday the 18th at 13:00. HIT data of the launch day Sessions: 130 Users:120 New visitors: 81.5%

JPI MYBL: The Website The new website went online during the first week of July 2015.

JPI MYBL: The Website private area Each user is allowed to see one or more Areas (General Assembly, Steering Committee, J-AgeII and so on...) GA Members received already username and password to enter the GA private area and documents for tomorrow GA meeting are stored there (no emails with heavy documents!!!). In the following weeks J-AgeII, SC, SAB and SOAB members will be allowed to enter the private area they are allowed to see. Please, give a feedback about this first experience with the private area: is its structure user friendly and logic? Was it easy to login?

The Meetings area is divided by years, from the present one going back in time. Every meeting has a folder where topics’ documents, presentations, minutes and list of participants are stored. The private area is expected to be completly filled up by the end of january.

PICS and BIO Roughly 10 couples of pics and bios have been collected. Do we want our picture in the website? There are 4 areas where pics&bio could be appropriate: General Assembly Steering Committee SAB Members SOAB Members Can we fix a deadline to have the collection completed?

Google analytics data Google Analytics is a free tool used to perform some statistical analysis on the website hit data. Data have been grouped in two period of time: 14 September 2015 – 08 December 2015 (before the Pre-Announcement of the Second Call) and 09 December 2015 - 16 January 2016. Google analytics data Some definitions Session: A session takes place when a user comes in the website, does something and leaves. Users: number of people entering the website Page/Session: how many pages (average) have been seen during a session; Bounce rate It represents the percentage of visitors who enter the site and then leave ("bounce") rather than continuing on to view other pages within the same site. It is expressed as a percentage and represents the proportion of visits that end on the first page of the website that the visitor sees.
