Make a booking Log in to https://ucles.accessplanit.com/ using your administrator account details. https://ucles.accessplanit.com/ To request a new password select ‘Forgotten Password’. Previous Return to Contents Next

Make a booking Courses can be found in several ways. We recommend using the course list as this shows ALL events currently available to book. Previous Return to Contents Next At the top right of the course list you can change the view. We recommend sorting by course date and hiding courses with no dates.

Authorise/reject a booking When a teacher makes a provisional booking you will receive the email below. Follow the link from the authorisation email. Previous Return to Contents Next

Authorise/reject a booking Log in to https://ucles.accessplanit.com/ using your administrator account details. https://ucles.accessplanit.com/ To request a new password select ‘Forgotten Password’. Previous Return to Contents Next

Authorise/reject a booking The home page shows provisional bookings: More information can be found by clicking on the course link. Both the teacher and centre name are displayed. Select book or cancel to accept/reject the booking. Previous Return to Contents Next

Manage user accounts Use the ‘Administration’ tab to create, delete or edit an account. Previous Return to Contents Next To add a user select ‘Users/Employees’

Adding a user Previous Return to Contents Next Forename, surname and email must be completed. You can assign the user to any of your sub- centres. Select ‘Update’ to confirm, a User ID and password will be provided.

Send a user their log on details Any new or existing user can be sent their username and password at any time using the ‘Send Credentials’ link: Previous Return to Contents Next

Deleting a user Previous Return to Contents Next To delete a user select ‘Companies’ Select the centre and choose the ‘Employees’ tab. Select ‘Delete’
