In fact, most Americans cannot even locate the United States on a map. In survey, college students did not know basic geographic information.

We will be doing a lot AVID strategies including but not limited to Cornell Notes, WICOR, S3QR, & “the Parking Lot” I expect active participation from every student. This includes not only following the rules, procedures, & norms but completing your work on time, studying for exams, and being engaged in class. You will not pass this class if you do not take it seriously. This is a college-level course. Warrior up!
