Copyright Must follow federal laws and guidelines Unlawful copies must not be produced or copied on district computers. Storing a copyrighted item is copying. Must have license agreement for software Must follow “Fair Use” guidelines –Used for nonprofit educational use –Nature of the work –Amount or substance of the work –Economic effect of the use of the work
