10 “ECONOMIC GOLD DUST” Strategy Overall: Do not go for the main projects – instead External Technical Review Team across main projects ETR Framework Do not commit to setting up an office – all work to be from Glasgow Push our Technical not Design experience….show a reliable pair of hands Front the practice with the top individuals as that will personalise the practice Bid tight on the fee and push hard on showing quality
