2 At home preparation: 1.Describe a problem/issue or opportunity in your country/society that could be solved or explored by applied biotechnology in the areas of Food/Nutrition 2.Propose a potential innovative solution 3.Describe the disadvantages or drawbacks and advantages of your solution in a SWOT analysis: Include technical and legal hurdles 4.Prepare a 5 minutes presentation and use the attached template and put you name and affiliation on the presentation ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The organising committee will select 10 winners to present their ideas in plenum In a next selection round the organising committee will select three ideas to be worked further in groups and to be presented at the last day of the workshop Workshop: “biotechnology in practice”
