3 First Impressions Activity Step 1: Take an index card and a piece of tape Step 2: Help a partner attach the index card to their back Step 3: One Word First Impressions Go around the room and write down a one-word first impression of as many people as possible. Be truthful and be positive.

4 First Impressions Activity cont… Step 4: Circle the one feedback that least represents yourself Step 5: On the back of the index card, write down the first impression that most represents yourself

11 Master Builder Activity Goal: World’s tallest office supply structure. Phase 1: Plan for five minutes Make a plan of action using the sheet of paper provided Do Not Touch any of the supplies Can only use the supplies that are provided The structure must be freestanding, on the ground and must stand for 5 seconds. You will have five minutes to construct your masterpiece.

12 What strengths do others see in you? Partner up with someone from your Master Builder activity Share with each other one strength that you see in the other person Write that strength on the index card *There should now be five words on the back of your index card

13 Five Small Things Find another partner Exchange index cards Write (for your partner) five famous individuals that personify each of the strengths listed

14 Five small things cont… You now have a list of individuals whose strengths mirrors your strengths and whose success is your potential Most if not all started from small beginnings and are known for leading with their strengths

15 Potential In Small Beginnings A single domino has the potential to knock down the leaning Tower of Pisa
