gTLD – Term Lengths We are limiting registrations to 1 year during Pre-Registration General Registration will allow for multiple years up to 10

The Auction Process!  This process is still being worked on.  We are building this from the ground up.  Vault Article or TDP post will be created for this when more information is available  Customer will be notified when they enter Auction.

YOU WIN!  How does someone win a domain name? 1. They are the only person to register in a specific period and we are the only registrar with an application. (only Trademark, Only pre-reg) 2. The domain goes to auction and they win. 3. It’s General Registration and they’re the first to register it.  When is the domain awarded and available for use?  Customers who won domains in pre-registration will have them available in their accounts 24-48 hours after the start of general registration. Not all registries will do it this way. We’re still ironing out the details.  Auction winners get their domains within 7 days after winning

Can you spot the fees? Early Application Fee = 189.99 – 39.99 Total+ $150 Registration Fee

gTLD Refund Guildelines *exceptions  We’ll issue a full refund if the domain was sold, but shouldn’t have been. For example, the name newyork.luxury might appear on the.luxury registry’s block list, but for some reason, a customer was able to pre- register it.  For situations like accidental purchases, or if the customer changes their mind, we need to determine if the name has been sent to the Registry  Status 227 & 228: We’ll offer a full refund if the domain has NOT been sent to the Registry.  Status 90: If the order has been sent to the Registry, we’ll issue a refund, but NOT for the application fee.  Once a domain is submitted and awarded to the customer, it follows the normal Domain Refund Policy.  After you’ve confirmed the domain’s refund/credit eligibility, you should submit an escalation “gTLD Refund” with the following information:  Issue Type: gTLD Refund  Domain name  Domain name status code (found in Reggie)  Whether the customer wants a refund or credit
