22. What Kind of I-20 Do I Need?  Your program or OPT ended on or before August 2011  You’ve been out of the US for more than 5 months  You were a registered student or on OPT in Fall 2011 & your current school will electronically transfer your I-20 Initial Attendance I-20Transfer I-20

23. What is the Difference?  The earliest you can enter the US is 30 days before 1/17/2012  You must pay the SEVIS fee  You can enter the US anytime between programs  No SEVIS fee required  BIO will issue updated I-20 after registration Initial Attendance I-20Transfer I-20
