Class Constitution Respect your classmates, teacher, school, and community Come to class prepared and on time Be open minded The remainder of our class constitution is made with each class period and signed by the students.

Bully Policy According to www.stopbullying.gov, bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance.www.stopbullying.gov My classroom is a safe place for ALL students. Bullying is harmful to all parties involved. I have a zero tolerance policy Any suspected bullying must be reported immediately I follow district policy regarding bully behavior

Grading Daily grades = 25% Test grades = 75% Assignments are expected to be turned in on time 10 points will be deducted each day an assignment is late I follow all district, school, and department policies regarding grading. Tutoring: Tuesdays and Thursdays after school or by appointment. If you plan on coming, please let me know.

Class Procedures Come to class prepared with all materials and homework assignments completed No electronics are permitted including cell phones, laptops, tablets. Exception: technology lessons per my instructions Student will be given a verbal warning. 2 nd – taken up for class period 3 rd – brought to front office per school policy Discipline procedure 1 st - verbal warning 2 nd - detention 3 rd - assistant principal referral
