4.  Not a perfect world.  David tried to get him to lower his standards.  David then had him killed when he wouldn’t compromise.  The bad things that happened to Uriah didn’t happen in spite of his doing good. These bad things happened because of his good deeds.

5.  What would they say now?  This is more than theoretical.  Evil men will try to get you to lower your standards. They will entice you to sin.  If you refuse, they will seek to destroy you.  Will you serve God? Will you stand?
