7. 7 The reporting is an honour system based on the "4-Way Test" Code of practice Evidence 3.5 5 Club members taking one carbon-neutral flight PPE director reports dates and Rtns xxxx involved with flight details. 3.6 Minumum 10% of Club members submitting their PPE director report the carbon footprint in a recognized agency’s to Club Secretary format to that agency and copied to the Club’s Secretary. 3.7 Organised, take part in or contributed to at least 1 PPE director report the activity or action to promote or improve awareness event and date of sustainability. 3.8 Others (if any) Reporting format - District PPE Green Rotary Award
