If any of the information needs updating you may change it here. Question number 7 is for a non-resident to attest to being in good standing in their home state. 15. 15 Question number 8 relates to child support. If the answer to the first portion is no, the rest of the buttons will be grayed. If the answer is yes and one of the remaining is yes, a two year license will be issued. If all of the subsequent responses are no, then a 6 month license will be issued. Question number 9 relates to irregularities. An affirmative answer here will not prevent a license from being issued, but it may result in a referral to the Consumer Services Bureau.
