3. 3 Login Information Enter Your TPL Employee code TPLXXXX in Username field. Enter “tpl123” as the default password as shown below Click Login

4. 4 Home Page Click Here to Change the Password Click Here to Change the personal details Click here to Raise New Requests and View requests Click Here to Logout from the Portal

5. 5 SR Home Click Here to Create new SR Click here to shows the details of SR

6. 6 New Service Request (SR) Fill the details like with Issue title and description along with any screen shots or files using “Add File” and click on “Send” Button Click “Add File” to attach Files Click “Send” to submit SR

7. 7 Update SR From SR Home page Click on the link to view SR details Screen Click “Update” button to post your comments
