13. Academic Training at The Walt Disney World Resort Academic Training for 30-37.5 hours per week (paid) in assigned roles, plus the two FSU courses that meet monthly, and ongoing program support from both the Walt Disney World Resort and Florida State University.

16. Eligibility At least in second year 18 years of age or older Good academic standing at your home institution with a minimum of 5.0 on the IELTS (550 on the TOEIC). Pass an oral interview with a Disney recruiter
