Trial We have made a trial. It’s about mayo. We are testing a light and a normal. Which one is best??

Trial At first we had to dissolve the mayo in a dissolution. It’s a chloroform- methanol dissolution. (2:1).

Trial Then we had to suck the mayo though a filter. The water and the fat, is now in the bottle. The rest is in the filter.

Trial Then it must be in the heating cupboard for about 24 hours. Weigh it before and after and find the weight difference.

Facts from the Trial The K-let mayo contains 57,9 % fat. The Gråsten mayo have 77,3 % fat. The K-let contains more water. The Gråsten contain more fat. Which one is best??

Facts from the Trial If you eat a lot of mayo, let’s say 10 kg in a year, you would get 2 kg more fat in the Gråsten mayo, than if you took the K-let mayo.
