Overview of the Marrakech Process A global process to: elaborate a 10 year framework of programmes (10 YFP) to support regional and national initiatives to accelerate the shift towards SCP. the 10YFP will work as a “brokering system” to assemble and deliver technical assistance, capacity building and technology support for this shift to SCP.
