1 Fitness results reflection By: Jordan Savage

2 Sit ups As you can see from this set of data my sit ups in term one were fine but in term two I had stopped doing sit ups at home and my score decreased dramatically. 3 Push ups TestTest # 1 ResultsTest # 2 ResultsTest # 3 Results Push ups 15 18 33 As you can see from the data above my push ups have increased however I think this is just natural because I haven't done anything that would majorly improve my push ups aside from general fitness.

4 Sit and reach TestTest # 1 ResultsTest # 2 ResultsTest # 3 Results Sit & Reach 20 19 25 As you can see from the above data my flexibility has increased due to regular stretching for rugby.

5 Vertical TestTest # 1 ResultsTest # 2 ResultsTest # 3 Results Vertical Jump 16.5 21.5 20.5 As you can see from the data above my vertical has decreased from term two which I believe is because I used an incorrect jump technique during the recent test.

6 Beep test TestTest # 1 ResultsTest # 2 ResultsTest # 3 Results Beep Test 4.1 5.1 5.6 As you can see from the above data my beep test score has gone up and I believe it is because of the rugby training and conditioning as well as regular bike riding.

7 Goals My goals for the next fitness test are: To get my push ups up to 40. To get my sit ups up to 56. To get my beep test up to 6. To get my vertical up to 22. To get my sit and reach up to 27.
