14 Impressions Strong workforce housing focus in Breckenridge and Snowmass Deeper subsidies in Breckenridge and Snowmass than in our local affordable housing pool Breckenridge also subsidized childcare costs as part of their workforce development program Aspen imports most of its workers. Many of the affordable housing units are now occupied by retirees. Workers travel from as far as 70 miles away.
