Chapter 14: Transport Policy M O N T E N E G R O Negotiating Team for the Accession of Montenegro to the European Union Chapter 14: TRANSPORT POLICY Article 132 Establishes the obligation of shipowners in the event shipwreck or other accident on board a crew member recover damages caused to personal matters, and the right to remuneration for at least two months from the date of the shipwreck, the average salary for the last three months, if the contract is not otherwise defined. A crew member of a foreign citizen, is entitled to compensation in the amount specified by the contract - for each day of unemployment that has occurred as a result of the shipwreck, but no longer than two months after the shipwreck.
