INGREDIANTS Egg for every 2 slices of bread. Non-stick spray,olive-oil or butter/margarine. Cinnamo(season to taste). ½ teaspoon(3ml)vanila extra(vanila essence,optinal) or almond essence. bread(6 pieces),type of bread is up to your preference. icing sugar,syrup,jam,etc milk(depending on number of eggs,2 tablespoon per eggs)

S TEP 1 set the store or electric pan to medium high heat. Place the pan over the burner if cooking over the stove. Add non-stick spray,olive oil,or butter so that the bread will not stick to the pan. spread the oil across the pan if needed or mop up any excuses.

S TEP 2 crack the eggs into a bowl.

S TEP 3 add milk,vanila extract and cinnamon and beat them with a fork or whisk

S TEP 4 turn the heat down to medium-low,once the pan is heated sufficiently

S TEP 5 dip the bread into the egg mixture

S TEP 6 coat a slice of the bread with the mixture on both sides

S TEP 7 place each slice onto the pan

S TEP 8 cook the toast until golden on both sides(approximately 45 seconds per side)

S TEP 9 put the toast on a plate. Then serve immediately with syrup. add hot applesauce,cinnamorn or iccing sugar for exctra deliciousness. for the sides,add bacon,sausages,fruit,whit whipped cream,eggs etc- these all go every well to make a wonderful meal.
