Supported by Skills Investment Statement ‘The Skills Funding Agency will operate a simple and streamlined process through learner eligibility, entitlements and the funding system, rather than a complex set of rules and parameters relating to qualifications. We expect the new arrangement to take effect from 31 January 2012, subject to further discussion between the Agency and stakeholders’
