1. For Adult Education Students www.clcillinois.edu Creating myLogin 1

2. Click Create Login as shown below 2

3. All Adult Education Students are registered for a class at CLC and should click the Create myLogin for Active/Returning Students link 3

4. This page allows entry into your account. In the Username field, the student will enter a capital W and then their CLC ID # with no spaces. In the Password field, the student will enter a capital W and then their birthdate with no spaces. Using 2 digits for the month, day and year. 4

5. When this screen appears, click on the OK button. 5

6. Creating myLogin is a 3 step process. Step 1 is to create your username. 6

7. Step 2 is creating 3 security questions and answers. These should be taken directly from your login card. 7

8. When finished, click the Save Security Questions button 8

9. Step 3— Choose a password that you will remember. There must be at least 8 characters with at least one number and at least one letter. It is recommended that capital letters are not used. A few examples are as follows: peanut1998 apple1234 jackson81901 9

10. You have completed the process. PLEASE NOW WRITE YOUR CLC EMAIL ON YOUR LOGIN CARD AS YOUR USER NAME. 10

11. FINISHING THE PROCESS Write password on login card Logoff the computer by closing out of each program. Select the START button and click Shutdown. When the dropdown appears, select the logoff button. Login with newly created username@stu.clcillinois.edu and password. If you are able to get into the computer, then you are finished. CONGRATULATIONS! If not, utilize Forgot Login to help resolve problem. 11
