Log into: CISD district website/Employees/Password Reset USERNAME: firstname.lastname PASSWORD: employee ID# Create a new password and answer the 5 security questions for future password retrieval. The new password will serve as your password for Skyward as well.

College Transcripts/Service Records/Verification of Employment Submit original service records, college transcripts, or relevant work experience letters within three (3) months of your first day of employment – Until we receive all of your service records and/or verification of employment, your pay will be kept at the minimum for your position – Contact Dena Faaborg (817-297-5223) in the HR department for any questions in regards to service records, verification of employment, or college transcripts
