The Case Statement – Outline Questions:Addressing: Why?Bring the issue and the vision to the forefront – executive summary “like” Why you?Describe your organization’s success and rationale for this effort Why now?Create urgency and compelling ‘call to arms’ Why should the donor care?Bring the readers into the story; make them feel it’s their issues What are we going to do?Now bring vision back to results: IMPACT How and when are we going to accomplish it? Show how the goals and objectives will be achieved; time line How can the reader help?Call to action; leave them inspired!
