6 Thanks go to Sam Wells for doing a great job to make sure the league was run smoothly Most matches played on Sunday but Saturday evening fixtures seem to work well and means that teams can socialise together after the games EKPL playoff provided a great spectacle and was watched by over 100 spectators on the Saturday Games were tight and we saw the 4th placed team Kwiek in the final and the 2nd placed team Trojans winning the competition The venue was fantastic with a full size pitch, score boards and assistant referees as well as top quality referees Feedback - EKPL

7 It was the first year of the Champions’ Trophy competition The format worked well and with the final games being on Sunday it kept it exciting and made sure more spectators came down to see who was going to gain promotion. Both semi final results were comprehensive, hinting this is a fair way to determine which teams go into the Premier League for the next season It is however a hard task for teams looking to join the Premier League The format of the competition does mean the final is not as important as the semis. The final does however give a ‘taster’ for the new season - similar to the Charity Shield in Football. The final this year was very exciting with the game being won by 1 goal is the last 30 seconds All teams were impressed with the facilities and lots of people came to me at the end to say they enjoyed the competition Feedback – Champions’ Trophy

10 This year’s competition was done in a round robin format In the qualifiers this made this very interesting as it went through to the final game to decide who would qualify Both competitions were arranged in central venues - Manchester & Nottingham. This made it easier for teams. The SKA have offered to host one of the competitions next season though and the EKA agree this would be a great idea. Notice will need to be given to areas ASAP The only criticism was that the games on finals day could have been longer Both competitions ran really smoothly and the 2 pitch venues were perfect Feedback – Inter Area
