Immediate Goals- 1-30 days from now Short term- Goals for next 3, months, 6 months, 9 months Long term- Goals for next year, next 5 years, next 10 years

SET SMART GOALS Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic Time

SPECIFIC A goal must be specific using detail and showing exactly what you are working towards.

MEASUREABLE A goal must be measureable. It should have concrete facts. You should be able to answer very specifically when and how you can track your goal.

REALISTIC You goal needs to be realistic. Challenging yourself is an important part of goal setting. Aim your goals high but keep them realistic. Realistic means, you can’t be President of Antarctica.
