Since July, 2011 the Sustainable Communities Fund (SCF) has provided: $6.5 million of loan funds for over 670 affordable, workforce and market rate housing units connected to the light rail corridor This loan capital is leveraging over $75 million in additional financing $3 million of loan funds for a community health center connected to the light rail corridor
