3 Centre of Best Practice  Objective... drive financial inclusion and social transformation through consumer financial education  Audience – start with FSC aligned target market then increase reach to wider market  What will success look like: oASISA member buy-in & participation oIncreased investment to the Foundation oShowcase value of collaboration – increased impact oShare best practice around learnings 3

4 Activities (Proposed)  Industry endorsed check list for FSC annual auditing purposes  Create basic templates, e.g. supplier proposal & briefing docs  Identify consumer challenges and how to address these … based on results of FSB surveys  Guideline for members on how new legislation may impact consumers & programmes  Develop basic M&E framework with recommended indicators for measurement  Gather, collate & publish activities of members  Develop database of service providers 4
