Activities (Proposed) Industry endorsed check list for FSC annual auditing purposes Create basic templates, e.g. supplier proposal & briefing docs Identify consumer challenges and how to address these … based on results of FSB surveys Guideline for members on how new legislation may impact consumers & programmes Develop basic M&E framework with recommended indicators for measurement Gather, collate & publish activities of members Develop database of service providers 4
