Specifically relating to manager roles, and how undefined manager role in group Skill set present throughout all members, possibly more focus on some members more than others but work/delegation divided equally. Learnt a lot of managing methods, how to work productively towards goals as a team

We retook the belbin to reassess team members position and areas of focus to allow for better task allocation. No clear team worker role fulfilled, but team work really well!!!!! Include radar chart Show individual radars for graphic purposes Overall average radar, as it shows how central the group functions in all areas

Pictures before & after Before = conflict After = teamwork Conflict is always present in every group, however this was minimized in our team due to clearly define goals, efficient team management, regular meetings & deadlines and etc

Initially used during context report phase Team felt it is ineffective due to lack of experience and access to MS Project Soft copy and Hard copy is an issue We find better solutions!
