Eliminate most common allergens Wheat Corn Citrus Eggs Dairy Also – coffee, tea, alcohol Food additives

Have to coach people on how to do this What can they eat? How to retest?

What to eat Meat, fish Nuts and beans Most grains Most vegetables Most fruit Hardest if they eat a lot of processed foods – which are not good for any of us- or eat out a lot.

Retest or not to retest? If symptoms are better in 2 weeks, start retesting If not, give it one more week – if improved then, retest. If no improvement – eat what you want! –But note how you feel when restarting regular diet – it may have made a subtle change

Retesting Test one new food every day – or every 2 if joint problems Test the purest form possible of each food If not sure of response go back and retest later Ideally response is magnified

Now what? Can eventually eat a little of those foods Rotation diets If problems in future can consider retesting
