5. What we do in the Health Education Division? To build capacity, we introduce innovation through university centric health education programs. Increasing access to relevant and high quality knowledge fulfills our mission to improve health. In short…we are plumbers. We connect the pipes, and we help knowledge to flow. The more pipes we lay, the greater the capacity for knowledge exchange. We are enablers. Our university partners are the experts so we do our best to connect them, and then get out of their way. 6. Greatest Challenge? Internal acceptance. “New” requires an organizational mind shift and change has its share of enemies. Lessons Learned?
