7. 1) Bear Creek Middle School’s percent of students achieving proficient or distinguished on the 2016 Georgia Milestones Social Studies assessment will increase by 15% of Bear Creek Middle School's 2015 Georgia Milestones Social Studies assessment performance by April 11, 2016 as measured by the 2016 Georgia Milestones Social Studies assessment administered on April 12-26, 2016.

8. 2) Bear Creek Middle School’s percent of students achieving a distinguished on the 2016 Georgia Milestones assessments will increase by 15% of Bear Creek Middle School's 2015 Georgia Milestones Assessments Performance by April 11, 2016 as measured by the 2016 Georgia Milestones assessments administered on April 12-26, 2016.

9. 3) Bear Creek Middle School’s percent of eighth grade students achieving a Lexile measure of 1050 or greater on the 2016 Georgia Milestones assessments will increase by 17% of Bear Creek Middle School's 2015 Georgia Milestones Performance by April 11, 2016 as measured by the 2016 Georgia Milestones assessments administered on April 12-26, 2016.

10. 4) Bear Creek Middle School’s percent of eighth grade students passing 4 core classes and achieving proficient or distinguished on all 2016 Georgia Milestones required assessments will increase by 25% of Bear Creek Middle School's 2015 performance by May, 2016 as measured by the 2016 Georgia Milestones assessments administered on April 12-26, 2016 and the final grades of core classes completed by May 2016.
