2 STEREOTYPES: WHAT’S THE PROBLEM? What are stereotypes associated with teenagers? What problems would you face if you were judged by those stereotypes? Think about some stereotypes that might be associated with you. What problems would you face if you were judged by stereotypes about your ethnicity, religion, gender, age, social position, etc.?

3 What’s the big deal about a “cowboy” costume? Nothing. But, what if just because you were from Texas people were always confused because: “Where’s your cowboy hat and boots? You don’t ride horses and yell yeeeehaw ?” I’d hate that. Wouldn’t you?
