3 Who is this President? Why is he important? He was the sixteenth President of the United States. #16!

4 Who is this President? What reputation did he have? People called him “Honest Abe.”

5 What state is he from? He was born in a log cabin in Kentucky. It is small enough to fit into a museum.

6 What state are you in? He was born in the state of Kentucky. His work in politics began in Illinois. Illinois Kentucky Map of the United States of America

7 Can you guess what Robinson Crusoe is about? He taught himself to read! One book he read was Robinson Crusoe.

8 Who is this President? He proclaimed (said) that slaves should be free people. Many people were angry at him because of this.

9 Why is he important? He was President during the Civil War. He fought this war to keep the states united (together in one country).

10 Who is this President? What is a memorial? The Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.
